Pro Shocks opened it's doors in 1983 serving the oval track racing market and in 1985 they used that racing knowledge to offer the same technology to the Hot Rod, Street Rod and Muscle Car markets. Since that time improvements have been made as new technology emerged and once again in 2011 the entire line offers new, improved internal components. The line includes aluminum and steel body designs in coil-over or smooth body configurations. Aluminum bodied shocks are offered in a polished or mill finish and the steel shocks are chromed. Valving can be non-adjustable or the popular, 3-position rebound adjustable unit. Coil-over springs are available in Black powder coat or Chrome. The coil-over kits are designed with smooth, flowing angles to produce a great look.
The GM Coil-over conversion offers an easy, bolt-in solution to improve your handling and ride. It's available for a wide range of GM models from 1955 to 1987. They come completely assembled with a steel lower mounting plate and no cutting or welding is required. The spring utilizes the existing spring bucket at the top and the existing stud mount is used for the shock.
Pro Shocks are available at dealers nationwide.
